Promoted participation in Housontia's survey by petitioning Houston area organizations via email and over the phone; collaborated with Houstonia Magazine to identify the ideal metrics by which organizations would be compared on; developed and administered online surveys to employees from several different Houston-based organizations.
ExxonMobil Task Analysis
Conducted task analyses for various Commercial Design-related professional positions within ExxonMobil; conducted several structured face-to-face and phone critical incident interviews with subject-matter-experts (SMEs); created task inventory based on interview findings; developed and administered task inventory rating surveys; calculated and statistically analyzed survey ratings across task categories and special subgroup investigations; presented critical elements of successful and effective job performance of Commercial Design practitioners at ExxonMobil in the form of technical reports. Results used by ExxonMobil to develop training curriculum.
INGAA 2016 Safety Survey
Served as an advisory panel member for INGAA's safety culture program spanning several oil and gas related companies; Core tasks included: (a) evaluating previous INGAA safety survey qualitatively by conducting an online survey of past participants and quantitatively by statistically analyzing survey scales
(b) drafting request for proposals (RFPs)
and (c) reviewing and scoring project proposals to identify the ideal vendor.
Survey-Based Safety Culture Assessment for Convergent Performance
Developed and administered online surveys to over 1400 employees; collected and cleaned employee survey responses to enable effective and accurate data analysis; conducted descriptive
correlation
and regression analyses to assess the drivers of work safety among employees and compare business units across various safety related factors; internally benchmarked different business units against each other; provided client with a detailed technical report and presentation of the company’s overall safety climate and recommendations that guided the company’s HR initiatives and action plans for the subsequent fiscal year.
Training Measurement and Evaluation Strategy for Upstream Energy Safety Certificate Program at University of Houston
Conducted literature searches and reviews on training and development program implementation

and evaluation to identify scientifically-based best-practice approaches of program measurement; interviewed program stakeholders to pinpoint the most crucial components to be addressed by the program; derived measurement metrics based on findings from literature searches and interviews.
INGAA Foundation Safety Benchmarking Project
