Awful

I recommend if you're taking music theory and don't know much about music to avoid Professor Huang. She doesn't know how to teach, and has a heavy accent which makes it harder. She often avoids helping with questions even if you go to her office, she instead tells you to read the book. The course consist of heavy amounts of homework, difficult quizzes, and tests, and very little amount of extra credit.
