Professor Bell is fun and has a fast paced class. He is enjoyable professor and he really enjoys when it comes to interacting his students. He marks tough and there's a lot of readings and essay in his class. Attend class! His PowerPoint are an outline but not all of the information. Participation in the seminars are observes and can help bump your mark up. Exams are required.
