    Men's Initiative Coordinator

    • Designed and implemented the first ever feminist anti-violence focused men’s program in St. Norbert College history.
    • Collaborated with multiple offices including Athletics, Women’s Center, and Women’s & Gender Studies, and Multicultural Student Services to develop programs to engage men in sexual assault prevention.
    • Worked with local anti-violence agencies to coordinate and implement anti- violence programs to engage men in the Green Bay community.
    • Developed an interdisciplinary advisory committee, 3-year strategic plan, managed $15,000 budget, and supervised four-person student staff.
    • Created a campus-wide lecture series featuring scholars and activists such as Dr. Michael Kimmel, Dr. Jackson Katz, and Don McPherson.
