Prof. Shughard is the most terrible professor I've ever had. His lectures were pretty boring because he only reads the powerpoint word for word. His tests were very challenging and are not even related with his lectures. I wouldn't suggest taking him for ECON or APEC 2010.

This professor is for you if you are wanting to scientifically test if it's possible to die from boredom. He's an absolute train wreck. I was unaware it was possible to ramble on for so long and still not get anywhere or answer any questions. He will never directly answer a question either. He is the barely living embodiment of Prof Binns.
