Professor Barnes is sometimes all over the place. The PowerPoint lectures are messy and not helpful. You can tell he tries and really loves what he teaches, but he skips around a lot. It also seems like he cares about his upper division classes more than economics 121. I suggest to read your book to learn for the tests and go into office hours.
