I am a Los Angeles, California-based attorney with over 28 years of experience, practicing in the areas of civil and business litigation, business transactions, personal injury, entertainment law and attorney paymaster services.
In the area of business law, I am primarily seeking to develop clients who are entrepreneurs with stable and growing businesses who have a need for ongoing legal services, and, preferably, are willing and able to place me on a reasonable monthly retainer as general counsel for those services. My business litigation practice includes, but, is not limited to, breach of contract actions, trade libel and commercial collections. My business transactional practice includes, but, is not limited to, reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts, and, forming and advising small business and non-profit corporations, limited liability companies (L.L.C.'s) and general and limited partnerships.

I am seeking potential entertainment clients (i.e., actors, directors, agents, managers, music/film/television producers, screenwriters, record companies, singers, athletes, etc.) who are both "up-and-comers", as well as those who are more established in the entertainment and sports industries who need an attorney to assist them with contract negotiations, litigation and general legal representation, and, whom they can trust, and, with whom they can grow in their careers.
I am dedicated to the principles of integrity, professionalism and client satisfaction. My professional goal is to expand the quality and quantity of my client base and caseload, as well as develop a viable network of contacts with whom I can cross-refer excellent clients.

Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., was founded on December 4, 1906 at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. It is the first Greek-letter collegiate fraternity for Black men. It has numerous undergraduate and alumni chapters throughout the United States and internationally. Throughout the history of Alpha Phi Alpha, it has produced members dedicated to the principles of scholarship, leadership and service to mankind.
