Awesome
Professor Williams is a great Accounting professor. You have to work on the 2 cases and the term paper.

The homework and smartbook are helpful but there is just sooo much material. Professor Williams is not bad, but he isn't helpful either. He tends to spend half the lecture time reviewing so you really only get 25-30 minutes of meaningful lecture per week, which puts pressure on you to learn the material on your own. The first exam was pretty easy, but the second was probably the hardest exam I have ever had.

Prof. Wayne is a tough grader and he doesn't teach most of the test material at all. As long as you pay attention to his lectures, he'll explain what he expects from papers. He even gives a lot of constructive feedback on papers and he genuinely cares about helping his students become better writers.

I love Professor Williams. However, this audit class is hard. The papers are not so difficult and even though he's a tough grader he gives you rewrites. The tests are very hard, on every one I got a C. It was my performance on the papers that allowed me to get a B. Overall, you're gonna have to work in this class.
Good
Professor Williams is one of the best persons you'll ever meet. He knows what he's talking about. But sometimes, he doesn't explain things in a way that's easy for the class to understand. The tax exams were annoying with all the rules and calculations. However, if you work for it you can manage to have a B.
Good
Professor Williams' class is definitely textbook heavy, where understanding taxes can be as difficult to comprehend as it was for me. I tried to get the first test right because the learning curve goes up a lot later. Also, there's no cumulative final and the grading is distributed fairly to recover from a bad test.

I took Professor Williams' class online and he's nice. He answers any questions you have. However, exams for this class are very hard. The homework and tax analysis problems are worth a lot of points. Also, we don't get any curves or extra credit in class. Even if you don't do well on your exams, you can still end up getting a C or B though.
Awful
Professor Williams is one of the most horrible instructors at Temple University. He has a superiority complex and thinks that because he understands something that it is easy to grasp. He's terrible at explaining concepts, which turns into a self-teaching class. He will not answer questions before exams too. He surely needs to improve his instruction, since it covers only about 10% of the tests in the class.
Awful
This professor might be one of the least helpful teachers I've ever had. He's condescending and doesn't even give answers to our queries. He doesn't teach anything that's on the tests and those tests are unbelievably hard. I usually get straight A's but getting an A in his class seems pretty much impossible. He's just not a nice guy and his class isn't good.
