I provided family therapy to children and adolescents

specializing in systemic approaches to childhood abuse and neglect; and developed and coordinated services for program combining inpatient and outpatient treatment for sex offenders considered “untreatable” by the outpatient therapists.\n\nAs part of the Family Dialogue Project

that spans nine departments as well as non-department entities. \n\nBeginning in 2009

    I researched

    conceptualized

    piloted

and developed a six-month-long leadership academy for high-potential employees. The Multnomah Leadership Academy received a 2011 Achievement Award from the National Association of Counties for being \"an innovative and effective program which contributes to and enhances county government.\"\n\nBeginning in 2013
