Predominantly I provide individual, group, and couples counselling. I have significant experience working with people with anxiety, depression, marital distress, and family violence.
I also do a fair bit of public speaking and teaching. I am presently teach adolescent development (PSY 214.3) at the University of Saskatchewan. I have taught Personality and Abnormal Psychology, and given lectures to the general public on relationships, work/life balance, and dealing with anxiety.
