Professor Knapik is a very interesting professor, She loves what she does and is pretty good if you participate in her class and get on her good side. Do not disagree with her or she'll have you write papers. There is not really work outside of her class, just a midterm and final that are easy. She is very hands-on on her class, you're up in the greenhouse most classes or out for gardening. There are also field trips

Awesome

Professor Knapnik was awesome. She's less concerned on the physical grade. She's more concerned with practical knowledge. If you show up to class, you'll get an A. Aside from that, Introduction to Environmental Studies was a really fun class. It's just that a lot of readings is done but the topics were interesting. I highly recommend that you must take this course, if you have room for an elective one.
