Master's degree
Electrical and Electronics Engineering
A year and a half Department of Defense funded research on Soft Error Tolerance caused by galactic cosmic ray ions. With the help of Dr. Kuang, Weidong (main theses supervisor), I designed Soft Error Detection, Elimination and Correction circuit using Dual-rail Null Convention Logic (NCL) design architecture, Cadence 130nm technology: layout and full-chip sign-off.
