  Instructional Specialist - Career Pathways & Adult Education & Literacy Program

  Working within Continuing Education and partnering with Texas Workforce Development, I coordinate ESL and SUCCESSPrep programs and provide instruction in occupational skills for placement in one or more program areas, including workplace and occupational skills and career pathways.
  Marketing of programs and training/supervision of instructors have been part of my responsibilities. Whether my involvement is in preparing students for employment or upgrading their existing skills, there is no better endeavor than to be involved in helping others to build the foundation for a successful career.

  Tulsa Tech is an award winning technical school in the OKDCTE network of schools, specializing in immersing students in a specialized course of study taught by instructors experienced in various industries. I taught the employees of local companies the software applications necessary for the workplace, and participated in curriculum development support for further course preparation.

  Business, Marketing & Information Technology Instructor under Oklahoma's Dept. of Career Technology Education, teaching Graphic Design (Adobe InDesign), Video Editing, Multimedia, Administrative Technologies, Fundamentals of Technology and MS Office Applications. Served as the Business Professionals of America Sponsor and Coordinator of Special Olympics Volunteer and Career Tech Advisory Programs.

  Bus & IT Instructor

  In the Business & IT Division I currently prepare students in online courses for their Business Computer User Certification through teaching Computer Concepts and Microsoft Office 2013. In this program, I prepare students for the Microsoft Office Specialist Exam as well as work to strengthen their knowledge of the ins and outs of computer technology. I taught both on-campus and off-campus at Tulsa Community College in the Bus & IT Corrections program, assisting with program development and helping others through the Second Chance program.
  I was also part of the Instructional Team at Northeast Campus assisting students in attaining their CPT Certification and helping them with the tools to find employment in the manufacturing field.

  Ministry Coordinator / Office Manager

  While supporting the Credit Union President, I worked with clients to enhance their financial goals, I coordinated the activities of the ministry including developing social media and e-mail marketing campaigns as well as biblical counseling.
  I taught computer skills to our clients holding classes in Microsoft Office and assisted with their understanding of various applications.
  Participating in other outreach and financial education programs from planning to implementation was a part of the great experience in working with this ministry.
