I utilize quantitative and qualitative assessment methods to gather data and feedback that will help us determine success in achieving outcomes in our student service units. As part of the process
I conduct analysis of the data
and develop written reports where requested. In addition
I work with the senior leadership and managers to guide strategic planning; I facilitate the development of the integrated planning process to align our division's priorities with those of the university
and work with campus stakeholders to plan and implement strategic initiatives that support our priorities.
