Operations Chief at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast Flight Test. We are a 102 acre facility with 4,500 employees performing a complete range of in-depth and intermediate level rework and maintenance on EA-6B, F/A-18, SH-60, and P-3 aircraft, 4 engine types, and over 7,000 components with annual revenues in excess of $600M. Also dual role as a Test Flight Engineer performing Functional Check Flights on aircraft and delivering to customers to include foreign military sales.

Experience includes Instructing, teaching and evaluating in classrooms, aircraft, and around the world for the Navy. I have been the Maintenance Control Chief for CMO-11 directing the daily production effort of 223 maintenance personnel, managing over $1 Billion in assets, and Coordinating all repairs, inspections, and Safe for Flight release of 15 P-3C aircraft.

Warfare Development Chief of training, and managing all programs of development for 132 personnel to include the implementation of the Instructor Under Training Program.
