I. Create and establish interviewing guidelines, onboarding training programs with emphasis on leadership development strategies that will give participants the tools and resources to communicate effectively, increase performance goals and profitability.

Through my career I have utilized both quantitative and qualittative research to identify insights with leadership development that can be leveraged on various levels of management training . I currently plan, develop and implement leadership training programs with emphasis on communication,coaching styles, conflict resolution and management advancement.
Responsibilities include:
Uses tools to identify strengths and development areas for individuals who are in roles that need management development. Coaches individuals and their direct managers on strategies and tactics to develop strengths and overcome development areas.
Determines common needs, and develops and executes skill development training to fall levels of management.
