  Who am I? I am Tim Donaldson

  the writer. I have been writing for as long as I can remember

  creating stories to share with anyone who would listen. It wasn't until I got to college and sat under the teaching of Jack Simons that I began to think that writing (outside of some type of journalism) was a possibility. It is for that reason I am pursuing my MFA at Fairfield University

  working with some of the most talented writers (both faculty and students) I have had the pleasure to meet. As I see it now

  writing is a mindset

  an occupation

  a way of life. It is not something that we always get to choose

  but something that seems to choose us. And the only thing a writer can do is to keep on writing.
