    On the Law of Corporations, in some cases the Law of Non Profit Corporations, Religious Organizations and Tax Law was covered especially when these could be made to dove-tail with United States Constitutional law as a way to demonstrate how Federalism works in the American system.

    This paper identifies and explores the features of Japan's informal system of restorative justice and its role in reducing Japan's crime rate in the post World War II era, in a time when all other major industrial nations saw a rise in crime. It then analyzes and extracts this system as a model and attempts to create a similar model for application of war crimes by states in international law and examines the possible efficacy of such a system.
