Poor
Professor Smith I always get an A in English. Had to write a lot and he grades very strict. The class I took included going to a distant location. lectures were never on topic. You have to be an accomplished writer to pass this class.
Awesome
Easy finals. Take ENG 1010 or ENG 2010 course with Dr. Smith. Largest paper we had to write in 2010 was 6 to8 pages. Taught the course in a way easy to understand and interesting.
Average
I took Professor Smith in high school as a senior. This made it difficult because online transition is harder than in person classes. This guy was super nice. However, for an English teacher, he couldn't speak to save his life. He's always contradicting himself and always answering questions with a sense of vagueness and confusion.
Awesome
Professor Smith is kind. His grading was fair as a whole. However, I sometimes had the impression that the teacher assistants were a little harsh and reluctant to give all the points. Also, he gave some extra credit opportunities when the class transitioned online. He allows rewrites to get more points for the work, which was very nice as well.
Good
Professor Smith is consistently open to collaboration for those who put in the effort. His lectures, though lengthy, illuminate the subject matter with valuable information. Despite their length, the lectures maintain a humorous and upbeat tone. I enrolled in a course connected to high schools through concurrent enrollment, involving over a hundred students. And despite the large class size, he managed to make time for each student who required assistance. Just be prepared for accumulating homework, so stay on top of your assignments.
