Poor
Dr. Kamon is a nice guy, but he's not a very good professor. You'll be great even if you never go to a lecture. Because of A+ tutoring and SI, I received an A in this class. Andrew and Ali are the most amazing people I've ever met. Work on the practice problems from those tutoring sessions while ignoring the homework and the book. Massive curves on the exams as well. For those A and above, they get an 80, and 60 for B and up.
Awful
When Dr. Kamon is lecturing, he is quite tough to understand. That said, if you go to his office hours/talk to him one-on-one, he is really nice and helpful. The examinations are severely curved (C's become A's). Exams aren't too hard if you do your homework (like, truly do it). I simply performed my homework and consistently got Bs and Cs.
Poor
All the other reviews here got a lot of dislikes, but they're telling it like it is. It's hard to understand him because of his heavy accent. He's a cool one but doesn't do the best job as a professor. Now they've started using the same exams for everyone, so attending his lectures isn't that big deal. But, for this term, he's been curving the grades in our favor, so that's a plus.
