Calc Automation Systems Analyst
Manage the quality assurance system development for a new client’s defined benefit implementation.
• Program pension calculations based on client requirements, government legislation and data requirements.
• Develop Excel spreadsheets detailing our calculations for client signoff.
• Oversee the execution of batch testing and report our metrics to the project managers.
Provide ongoing support for multiple defined benefits client global/virtual teams and partner with a variety of internal organizations.
• Blueprint and assess the production impact for projects slated for the iteration.
• Create analysis artifacts outlining the scope and high level architectural changes required for a project.

* Develop and unit test the calculation engine for the plan or plans that fall within the scope of the project.
* Analyze and fix defects that are reported by local resources during Quality Assurance (QA) testing and by the client during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Help develop and support a common calculation engine architecture that is used to promote consistency, standards, and improve maintainability across client implementations.
* Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and solutions to create efficiencies and meet clients’ outsourcing needs.
