As IT PM, recently completed the build and implementation of a new electronic Intellectual Property document management repository for Trademarks, Copyright and Industrial Design. This included a phase of data migration for the Trademark Opposition Board.

As a Senior Project Manager at Shared Services Canada, led, managed and delivered a major IT migration project across Innovation, Science & Economic Development. Within ISED, planned and implemented projects with the Canadian Intellectual Property Organization (Telework solution for Patents Examiners and Printer Optimization), Communication Research Centre Canada (Desktop Migration) and the CIO/SSC (Internet Bandwidth Expansion/Traffic Shaper, WiFi Expansion).

In Bell Canada, Bell Nexxia and working for the Stentor group of companies, positions held with increasing responsibilities spanned operations and technology, program/project management, engineering economics, marketing and new product development.

Retired as a Project and Operations Director at Bell Canada overseeing the new product planning and implementation of Bell's voice/VOIP network services portfolio across Canada (small, medium and large business segments, government and consumer markets). This included 24/7 support (Levels 1 thru 4).
