  - Assisting Program Operations of the Adventures Center at the Student Recreation Center - Prepare and complete projects related to re-organization of equipment and resources to be more hands-on and accessible for customers - Supervise desk attendants performance of daily duties, assign tasks, and monitor performance of rental check-out and returns including contacts and reservations - Manage rental equipment of over 1,000 pieces including inventory, maintenance and purchases - Review and revise departmental policies, create manuals regarding rentals and maintenance - Ensure that everyday operations at the Center goes smoothly.
