Doctor Parsons is great. In general, her class was not that difficult, except on her exams. She'll ask very specific questions from readings and lectures, that literally confuse everyone. On the other hand, if you do well on everything else in class like the paper, group paper, and homework, then you'll mostly get an A or B.

Doctor Parsons is a nice guy. But if his lectures are boring, the class becomes a pain. I thought the topic would be more interesting. However, it's just international bureaucracy. Also, there are a lot of readings and the exams are all very specific questions from the readings. It's not a terrible class, but I would not take it again.
Poor
This professor gives tests that don't match up with her class lectures. Her PowerPoint presentations are straightforward to understand, but the details on her tests aren't on the slides. She's a nice person, but she won't go the extra mile to help you. A big part of the class is coursework, but she doesn't provide any clear instructions or explanations about them.
