• Manage the recruitment and selection of teaching staff through establishing the requirements, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates; serves as a member of the review panel for faculty candidate’s mock presentations; ensure faculty personnel files are maintained according to University policies.

the classroom settings: 315 Business English, 105 U.S. History, 300 African-American History, 090 Developmental English, Research Methods, and 115 Humanities courses to students in order to enhance and strengthening their learning skills in their fundamental core courses.
