Tammy has 25+ years in teaching graduate & undergraduate courses in business management, organizational leadership, human resource management, organizational development and business applications. Her professional background includes corporate accounting, budgeting, and financial planning. She has owned and operated her own retail bookstore. Since 2001, Tammy has developed and facilitated approximately 20 different online (e-learning) courses. She also has management experience as a university program coordinator of a business computer literacy program, which admitted over 300 students per semester and staffed supporting adjunct faculty. Tammy holds a Doctorate in Management with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. Her dissertation was a national research study titled, "Leadership Practices Used by Online Instructors in Higher Education." The dissertation was converted into an expanded book with practical applications titled, "If You're Not Leading, You're Not Teaching: Practices of a Master Online Classroom Leader."
