I had three wishes when I joined the future teachers club in 7th grade: to go to college, to be a teacher, and to be a leader in a way that made a difference. Many many years later, I am a seasoned educator who teaches business and management courses in undergraduate and graduate programs. I transitioned from a 30-year career in higher education with much of my career in leadership positions. Over the years, I continue to work and volunteer as a coach and educational consultant with a focus on helping young people and professional achieve their educational and career goals. Most important is my community service having served on local, statewide and national boards, I am currently active on the board of the Arizona Dream Builder Foundation and volunteer for local non-profit organizations.
Well, Miss 7th Grade future teacher- you did okay!
