  Part 1. My principal duties in teaching have included:\n•\tFacilitated the course by instructing students in learning family history principles\n•\tParticipated regularly in the course through group discussion

  and email \n•\tGraded assignments and exams with substantive feedback within a few days of the due date and submitted final grades before the deadline of the semester\n•\tPrepared the courses each semester with course announcements and Notes from Instructor\n•\tI have also been the Online Course Representative for each of the courses listed. I regularly made course fixes and worked with my on-campus course lead to make course changes. Weekly

  I completed a reflection report as required. I was the pilot instructor for the FHGEN 140 and FHGEN 211 courses\n\n

  and business practices. \nA key project in 2009 was to work as a genealogist on the television show The Generations Project for BYU Television. As the lead genealogist

  I conducted original research for four episodes

  where each episode traced the ancestry of a particular person. I managed the projects

  scouted locations and connections

  as well as completed the research.\n
