  I taught English as a Second Language to Tibetans at Sarnath International Nyingma Institute, an academic residential facility and a Tibetan Buddhist center. The Institute focuses on English language instruction for dharma purposes. My position required teaching English and developing the curriculum for the program. We also organized workshops and seminars with the professional community on a variety of world topics.

• Nyingma Institute/Tibetan Aid Project

  I was responsible for raising awareness and educating the public on the history and culture of the Tibetan people and the mission of the Tibetan Aid Project and its sister organizations. I was involved in public relations, event planning, writing, and fundraising activities which includes media, business, academic, and public contact promoting special events and the Tibetan Aid Project.
