He has some haters, so take his final and feel good you won't feel good.
Awful
I had him the last year that he taught 303, and I'm not sure if that's the reason why he made tests so difficult or not. Tutor John does his best to prepare you for theory, but it's really not enough. You'll get a 0 on an exam for using the wrong calculator. He held no office hours until our second test.
Awful
This is a basic statistics course. The class is Extremely hard and the tests on Fridays are very difficult. Rangan HATES tutoring and considers it an "unfair advantage. If he sees you have a cheat sheet similar to tutor John he flips. Tests are on Fridays so if you take multiple CBK courses be prepared to have 3+ exams every test week. You must choose what tutoring you have to go the MOST.

Professor Rangan requires you to go to class to get a good grade. Going to the class though will help with the 'why' aspect of his exams, because his exams focus not on the 'how' of a particular topic but the 'why'. He explains why we use a certain formula and how to identify the data to input in that formula.
