  Bank of the Ozarks is a bank headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas with more than 170 locations in Arkansas, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Florida with assets of $18 billion.
  Provided a two week intensive training course using design thinking and service design tools. Program was developed for management associates in developing creative problem-solving, presentation skills and toolkit development.

  Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL) is committed to the advancement of teaching and learning at USFSP. CITL is a resource for the USFSP academic community by offering a wide array of research-based programs and services that support teaching and reflective practice. The CITL will train instructors on new digital technologies and innovative instructional practices that focus on student learning, developing critical thinking skills and designing outcome assessments to measure success. The goal will be to offer our students state-of-the-art evidence-based instruction.
