Sworn and civilian law enforcement experience, with expert qualifications in DNA, serology, evidence development (i.e., screening), crime scene, quality assurance, and bloodstain pattern analysis. Four (4) degrees and 2 professional Board certifications. Experience in municipal, state, and federal government, as well as private enterprise experience domestically and internationally (5 missions) in law enforcement related focus areas.

An accomplished consultant domestically and internationally with completed assessments of more than 20 different agencies for DNA, crime scene, and/or grant management. Workshops/seminars taught on technical auditing for ISO 17025:2005 standards, validation workshops and training, and DNA analysis and interpretation software trainer. International Association of Chiefs of Police instructor, leadership award winner, and subject matter expert on multiple projects.

An education professional having taught 50+ different class titles and greater than 400 courses totaling more than 1500 credit hours at 10+ accredited Colleges/Universities in-person and online. Course development, instructional design, and curriculum development experience. Experience in multiple eLearning platforms.
