Professor Capps is not the usual teacher you'll have. You have a quiz every class that is open book and online homework due before each class. He answers your questions in his own way. In the laboratory section, they were easy too. He helps outside before or after laboratory, but not during exams. It's a hard class, which has an average of 55-62. However, he curves the final grade at the end, which is supposed to be a surprise.
