  I have been teaching university graduate courses online for fifteen years

  after many years as a teacher and school leader in public schools. In nine of those years

  I have been a faculty coach and instructional designer assisting new and newish online instructors to create their online and hybrid courses. My professional experience includes my tenure as a junior/senior high school principal

  director of a large adult vocational

  literacy and ESL regional program

  associate dean of a community college and a university

  as well as 36 semesters of adjunct teaching as an associate professor in a community college and six years as an adjunct associate university professor.\nI can assist faculty in the development

  design

  creation

  implementation and evaluation of online and hybrid courses. My usual training program and assistance includes up to four weeks of course development and online teaching orientation

  assistance throughout the initial semester and a quality evaluation of the online course during and immediately after the semester. In other words

  I assist with the structural and pedagogical development of online course. I am \"Quality Matters\" certified.
