Awful
Mr. Jones is an awful professor. He will change textbook midway through the class without giving a warning. Aside from that, he did fail everyone in participation even though he did not check the attendance. Basically, I did self learning throughout the course because he clearly doesn't know how to teach. Overall, he is a horrible professor that should not even be allowed to teach at Rutgers.

Stephen K. Jones, LFACHE, is the former President and CEO of Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH)— a nationally distinguished academic medical center and Level I Trauma Center—and the Robert Wood Johnson Health System comprised of five hospitals including Children’s Specialized Hospital, the nation’s largest provider of pediatric rehabilitative care. He subsequently negotiated the merger that created RWJBarnabas Health, now New Jersey’s most comprehensive health care delivery system, treating over three million patients a year with 15 adult and children’s hospitals and multiple sites and services.
Jones developed RWJUH’s nationally recognized diversity and inclusion program, which garnered the prestigious American Hospital Association (AHA) Equity of Care award in 2015. He is frequently asked to speak about how the hospital empowered and incentivized staff to increase diversity and cultural competence while reducing costs. Under his leadership RWJUH was designated by Modern Healthcare as a “Best Place To Work” and by Diversity MBA magazine as one of the “50 Out Front Companies for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Women & Diverse Managers to Work.”
Recently retired as RWJBarnabas Health’s Chief Academic Officer, Jones is an Executive in Residence in the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he teaches courses in healthcare management at the graduate and undergraduate level.
Jones has been honored with numerous awards including the 2014 Outstanding Healthcare Executive Award from the Edward J. Ill Excellence in Medicine Foundation. He served as Chairman of the New Jersey Hospital Association and as a board member of University Health System Consortium, the New Jersey Council of Teaching Hospitals, and the Center for Medical Interoperability (C4MI). Jones is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
