Personal experiences have taught me the following lessons:
- Learn from failure. Failure is the price for success. It matters not, how many times I fail, because I’ll try again with a different approach.
- Impossible means nothing, because with enough hard work and determination, anyone can accomplish anything.
- Care not about being right. Seek to know the truth. My constant pursuit of knowledge searches for unbiased truth.
- Dreams are made, so that man can create reality. Never give up on working towards a dream.
- Crazy ideas spark innovative imaginations. There is a thin line between genius and insane, but who is to say? Who draws the line on genius or insane ideas? All ideas are worth consideration.
- Teamwork can accomplish more than what any individual can do alone.
My ideal career is in the front-end idea generation and brainstorming phases of research, development, and design for the creation of new products. The ideal work environment is an innovative, creative, and informal workplace that values and encourages exploration of ideas and teamwork. Current objectives are building professional relationships, improving skills, and pursuing higher education.

Adjunct Professor - Physics
Lectured two courses in the Department of Physics:
- GES 100 - Conceptual Physics
Course Description - Introduces some of the basic concepts and ideas of physical science and demonstrates how they are applicable to every day processes and devices in the world. Fundamental ideas to be introduced will include various subjects from the disciplines of chemistry and/or physics.
- PHYS 101 - Introduction to Physics I
Course Description - An overview of the principles of mechanics, thermodynamics and waves. The areas covered include: Observation and measurement, kinematics, dynamics, work, energy, impulse, and momentum, fluids, heat and temperature, oscillations, and waves in mechanical media.
Electronics Engineer
- Provided software, electronics, and electrical engineering expertise on the testing and evaluation (T&E) of weapon systems.
- Demonstrated Servant Leadership through supporting peers by challenging policies, procedures, and business rules that prevent product and project teams from completing innovative solutions.
- Advised, influenced, and provided guidance to upper-level management on the topics of Strategic Technology Development, Strategic Management, Change Management, Organizational Design, Matrix Organizations, Matrix Management, and Human Capital Management.
