Although trained as a psychotherapist (as well as being a Certified Life Coach) I use a coaching model with my clients. Rather than taking people from non-functional to functional (which is a typical psychotherapy model) I am interested in working with and through people who desire change and wish to go from functional to optimal. Clients who seek me out tend to be drawn to a higher level of self expression and personal freedom. My clients are interested in self exploration and open to the vast and beautiful possibilities of energetic shifts, chakra work integration, behavioral changes, emotional releases, and a reconnection to the body through the work that we journey through together. I am a mirror for them, as they are me.
