Professional Experience:

Currently serves as the Director of the Community Engagement Division.

Montgomery County (Maryland) Police Department – July 1992 to Present

Also serves as an adjunct professor at Montgomery Community College in Rockville, Maryland, educating in Criminal Justice Administration, Introduction to Policing, Criminal Investigation, Law Enforcement Organizational Administration.

Is a member of the 20/20 Bipartisan Justice Committee, with a strong focus on criminal justice reform and procedural justice.

Is also a member of the speaker’s bureau of the Law Enforcement Action Partnership.

Focus: Community policing, administrative management, and public speaking, as well as response to issues of diversity in law enforcement.
