I took Professor Hickman's lecture and the corresponding laboratory online in Fall 19. There were separate access codes for each class required and no book. The lecture had multiple choice questions and a couple discussion posts. The laboratory assignments are virtual. She's constantly emailing reminders on what is due each week. Also, she's very responsive and helpful. It's impossible to fail in her class.
