Instructors Few for In-Demand Food
Consumer Sciences
Even though the subject area was not quoted correctly
this article was great press for the Family and Consumer Sciences teachers within Nebraska. There are way too many openings for the number of students we are graduating within all three Post-Secondary Institutions here in the state. \nIf you know of anyone who is interested in becoming a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher
please send them our way! There will be over 60 retirements within the next 3-5 years and we are only graduating about 15 students a year. This is a huge opportunity for new professionals.
