Prof. Wagner is fine. However, there are other lab instructors who grade easier and have more multiple choice quizzes than he does. He also gives good extra credit opportunities and helpful diagrams at some of labs. He doesn't follow lab packet well, but all lab instructors really go on tangents. You would always get out roughly 45 minutes-1 hour early.
