Helpful- Explained syntax so I could finish assignments if I hit a brick wall. Punctual- Unlike others, she replies to those in online classes. The points that she deducted were legitimate and itemized for future reference. She was very accommodating when it came to scheduling conflicts.

Truly an amazing professor. This year I had a lot going on in my life. Shawna was always available to help me and talk about issues. Hopefully I'll have another chance to take a class with her. Make sure you ask lots of questions if you take her class.

Professor Summers took days to respond to email. She's unclear with what she wanted in an assignment. What a very disorganized professor she was.
