    Developed new courses in polymer chemistry, polymer synthesis, and organic chemistry at Tuskegee University. Taught organic chemistry, polymer chemistry and associated laboratories.

    Research Fellow

    Developed new adhesive technology for the introduction of new global products with enhanced performances. Developed and commercialized ADVANTRA ENCORE™ global platform for new hot melt packaging adhesives for H.B. Fuller Company. Developed and commercialized patented HYDRALERT™ wetness indicator technology for nonwoven and personal hygiene applications. Provided technical support to HBF Venture for acquiring new business for increased revenue/profit. Managed Technology Transfer Forum at H.B. Fuller for cross-functional interactions since 1992.

    Managed projects and developed technology platforms for commercializing HBF’s patented HYDROLOCK™ (Absorbent Adhesive products) and CYGNET™ (Laminating Coating Technology) technologies. Developed patented technology for breathable and non-breathable adhesive, film, and coating for medical and textile applications. Designed and implemented test methods for product development. Identified customer base, developed market, scaled up production capability, and commercialized technology and products (with sales of more than $5MM/yr) for disposable medical and personal hygiene products.
