I took her five times in a row, I had her twice in a semester! The last time I took her, I took her online class of research methods and she gave the whole class the chance to redo our essay! Her quizzes are straightforward and her finals are questions from the quizzes! She's a very nice teacher that I generally made with B and A.

Professor Downey keeps things light and fun in the classroom. They have a good sense of humor. I found that sometimes they took a while to respond to emails.

Poor
I had Professor Downey's online class. The assignments themselves weren't too hard, but getting a hold of her was. There was a lot of incorrectly graded quizzes and exams that I had to bring to her attention, and even then it took over a month to make the corrections. I got an A but would not have if I hadn't caught all of the grading mistakes. Chose a face to face class, avoid the online course.

Professor Downey is horrible at answering emails, I emailed a question about the syllabus and it took several days before receiving a replied, which consisted of "check the syllabus" answer. The class consist of one quiz, two exams and one term paper, however the tests are truly challenging.
