My research focuses on helping schools develop their readiness to (1) improve implementation of teaching strategies and (2) improve young children's social and academic outcomes. I view readiness as deeply rooted in the social-emotional culture of the school. Specifically, my lab focuses on implementation science, social-emotional learning, continuous improvement, and increasing teacher capacity.
