I believe in the power of personal development, the power of professional networking, and the power of coaching. There is a reason why top business leaders and professional athletes hire specific coaches for certain aspects of their lives: diet, exercise, spirituality, presentation skills, interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, public speaking, team building, marriage, investing, and more. Top performers understand the importance of guidance and accountability that comes from effective coaching.
Launch Your Career, Superior Outcomes, and Empowered Students were created to share the gift of career empowerment that was provided to me by Al Ferrer. Al inspired and coached me to proactively land dream internships (San Francisco 49ers, Player Personnel and Oakland A's, Marketing) which turned into a dream job (Oakland A's)...without having "enough experience," the best grades, and without knowing anyone at the companies.
My personal experience was the genesis of the Career Launch Method©™, which has been refined over the years by teaching and coaching thousands of college students inside and outside of the classroom.
