    Along with my colleague in the assessment department, we administer and monitor assessment completion rates, analyze the results, and work with schools and others to support their understanding and mobilization of the results.

    I also work closely with my coordinator colleagues to design and deliver professional development for in-school administrators and classroom teachers.

    I earned my Doctorate in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan. My dissertation was a study of community and interaction in an online high school. I also participated in many other research projects including school effectiveness reviews, policy analyses, and literature reviews.
