  I was recruited for this fellowship after a highly-selective process to make use of my strategic development and framing work to support a high impact project at City Year (Headquarters) and the MarComm and Strategic Growth Thought Leadership Strategy. The project aims to build and implement a thought leadership strategy that aligns with the team's overarching goals to expand external engagement and advances key aspects of the organization's Long-Term Impact strategy overseen by the Senior Communications Director and the VP of Communications. This work aligns with my own strengths in cognitive and emotional frameworks and interests in expanding the impact of data-driven
