Managed daily operations and workflow for online and printed publication (Hispanic Issues), overseeing key projects with focus on achieving deadlines and quality/accuracy standards. Acted as liaison between contributing authors, UMN editorial team, and Vanderbilt University Press, managing each project individually for the scholarly publication.
Accountable for quality, reviewing and copyediting approved essays working in partnership with authors and teams to publish.
Graduate Teaching Assistant
Accountable for leading recitations for required Global Studies coursework for students majoring in the program, developing unique course offering in both English and Spanish to enhance teaching and learning styles. Developed lectures, discussion activities, and writing exercises in alignment with program structure to expand student knowledge and concrete understand of concepts.
