I spent two years as regional sales manager for The Fryer Company (Nikon Microscope Dealer). My territory included Northern Ohio
Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Responsibilities included qualifying
demonstrating equipment
and ultimately closing sales. In terms of customer service I trained users in the proper use of equipment and was responsible for identifying and then solving both software and hardware related issues. Besides spending a great deal of time interacting with customers I spent many hours collaborating with product suppliers on both technical and business levels.
